Oie's Passion
Oie is a skilled chef who began her journey towards culinary excellence while studying in Mahasarakham, Thailand. It was during her time in college that she discovered the art of cooking exceptional Thai food. Driven by a passion for creating delicious dishes, Oie honed her skills and developed a unique style of cooking that is loved by many.
OIE Truly Thai Opens
In 2007, Oie moved to England and set her sights on opening a Thai food shop in London. After years of hard work and dedication, she achieved her dream in 2013 with the opening of her first shop in Liverpool Street called: OIE Truly Thai. The shop quickly became popular among food lovers, and in 2016, Oie opened her second shop in Fenchurch Street, where she still operates today.
